Tolu Afolabi

Toluwanife "Tolu" Afolabi, a seasoned business professional, joins the Immigrant Development Center (IDC) as a Business Analyst/Loan Officer. With over a decade of experience in business operations and financial services at Access Bank Plc. Tolu brings a wealth of expertise to his role at IDC. Tolu's innovative mindset and customer-centric approach have been recognized through his successful implementation of workflow processes and operational strategies, resulting in improved customer experience. As a Business Analyst/Loan Officer at IDC, Tolu leverages his analytical skills and financial acumen to support immigrant and refugee entrepreneurs. He conducts comprehensive business analysis, provides strategic advice, and guides clients through the loan process, ensuring effective management of IDC's loan programs. Tolu is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) and is completing a master’s degree in Business Analytics at North Dakota State University. He also holds a master’s degree in Development Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration. With his diverse skill set and dedication to empowering immigrant and refugee communities, Tolu is well-positioned to make a significant impact at IDC.
