Her career path includes notable roles as a Software Engineer at Red River Software and Sanford Health, where she excelled in full-stack development, project leadership, and mentorship. Ritika’s passion for coding stems from its dynamic challenges, inspiring continuous learning and improvement. Outside of her professional achievements, Ritika is dedicated to her family and finds joy in dancing. She also volunteers with UCodeGirl in Tech, mentoring young girls and promoting diversity in technology.
