  • Entrepreneurship & Small Business Development: Your donations provide aspiring entrepreneurs with the resources and mentorship they need to start and grow successful businesses. This includes workshops, one-on-one coaching, and access to capital.
     
  • Workforce Development: Donations help us expand job application support, resume writing, and connect individuals with employment opportunities. Your support helps immigrants and refugees develop essential skills to thrive in the job market.
     
  • Financial Literacy & Access to Services: We use funds to offer financial literacy programs, enabling individuals to manage their finances effectively, build credit, and access fair lending opportunities. This includes connecting underserved communities with critical resources such as access to food through Great Plains Food Bank.
     
  • Cultural Integration & Community Outreach: By supporting IDC, you help bridge cultural gaps and strengthen communities. Our outreach programs promote inclusion, celebrate diversity, and ensure immigrants and refugees are integrated into their new environment, enhancing the rich cultural fabric of our region.
     
  • Operational Funds: Your donations also ensure that IDC can continue to operate effectively. This includes covering administrative costs, staffing, facility maintenance, and essential tools that allow us to deliver our programs efficiently and at scale.
